Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare for Pickup
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure all items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule Collection
For large furniture items, our specialized freight partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient window for curbside or white-glove pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
